Terms of Service and Refund Policy

These terms explain how ordering from Nitya Ahaar works. By ordering from us, you agree to them.
About us
Nitya Ahaar is a pure vegetarian restaurant and delivery kitchen at SBP City of Dreams, High Ground Road, Zirakpur, Punjab. "We" and "us" mean Nitya Ahaar.
Placing an order
We take orders by phone and WhatsApp only. We do not sell through delivery apps. An order is confirmed when we reply with your order details and time. We cook each order fresh, so please give us your name, phone number, what you would like and, for delivery, your full address.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees, as shown on our menu. We may change prices and menu items, and the price we confirm when you order is the price you pay. We will tell you which payment methods we accept when we confirm your order.
Delivery
- Our own team delivers, for a charge of ₹50 per delivery.
- We deliver in the High Ground Road area. We may decline orders outside it.
- Delivery times we give are estimates. Traffic, weather and order volume can affect them.
- Please keep your phone reachable. If we cannot reach you or find the address, we may have to cancel the order.
Cancellations
- You can cancel free of charge before we start cooking. Message or call us as soon as you can.
- Once cooking has started, we cannot cancel the order, because the food is made fresh for you and we do not reuse it.
Refunds and replacements
If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 2 hours of receiving it, with a photo where possible. We will then:
- replace or refund any item that is missing or incorrect;
- replace or refund any item that is not fresh or not as described.
We cannot offer refunds for a change of mind, for an order that was not collected on time, or when the order was delivered correctly to the address you gave. Approved refunds go back through the same method you paid with, and we will tell you how long it takes.
Food, ingredients and allergies
All our food is vegetarian. Our dishes contain dairy and gluten, and some contain cashew, almond, peanuts or sesame. Our kitchen handles these ingredients, so we cannot promise any dish is free from traces of them. Please tell us about any allergy before you order.
We buy our staples from organic suppliers. Vegetables depend on availability, so we do not guarantee that they are organic, and we tell you when an ingredient is not organic. Our thali changes daily on a 25-day rotation, so the dishes on a given day can differ from the samples on this site. Photos on this site are illustrative.
Using this website
The text, photographs, illustrations and logo on this site belong to Nitya Ahaar. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. We try to keep the information accurate, but menus, prices and timings can change.
Our responsibility
We take care in how we cook and deliver. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, applies to orders placed after that date.
